The shipping cost shown above is calculated from data supplied directly from USPS and UPS servers but should not be viewed as final. Depending on your shipment’s weight and dimensions after packing, we will use our experience to calculate the best shipping rate for you while still using the fastest possible delivery method available.
In the case of orders for multiple items of varying weights, the shipping cost can be overestimated because the servers may calculate a total for shipping each item individually. When and if this happens, to achieve maximum efficiency, we will manually pack and ship your order by the quickest and least expensive shipping method available.
Important: Custom embroidered uniforms are obviously not returnable, so if you are unsure of your size we will ship you a plain, unembroidered uniform to try, which you can return within 30 days for embroidering if you are satisfied with the fit. We make a small charge to cover the return shipping costs only; the embroidery is FREE, subject only to our advertised conditions. If you wish exchange a non-custom uniform it must be absolutely clean and in new, resalable condition. Please include your credit card number, check, or money order with the uniform you send us for the return shipping charge.
 If you are unsure of your size and may need to exchange your uniform, please keep it absolutely clean. For example, don’t try it on while standing on a dirty floor, or put your belt on over it as this will crease the jacket. Please also make sure that the waist area is not crumpled by tightening the waist strings. If returned in exactly the same condition as sent, (with intact plastic bag) we will exchange it for you, no questions asked, providing it has not been embroidered or the labels removed. If it appears to have been worn, washed, or soiled even slightly, we can’t exchange it as we would not expect another customer to buy something that isn’t perfect, anymore than we expect you to!  If you send back a uniform/s for exchange, return shipping charges on the replacements will apply.
CLAIMS: Claims for goods lost in transit must be made with 21 days (US) 45 days (overseas) of the shipment date. Please advise us if you do not receive your order within these time limits.

We export to most countries that have delivery services from major carriers, for example, United States Postal Service, DHL, UPS, etc. However, some restrictions may apply and in the case of private carriers such as DHL, they will almost certainly require us to file a physical address for you, and your current telephone number.
