JKA Shotokan Kata Vol 2.
JKA Karate Series Vol 2. This is the official English language version of the Shotokan Kata Series of programs produced by the Japan Karate Association, Tokyo, Japan, under the technical direction of its Chief Instructor, Masatoshi Nakayama. It has been converted to English in the DVD format (with full navigational menus) and additional Shotokan historical material added during the re-editing process in the form as an introduction and historical conclusion.
The series continues with further historical information in the introduction, followed by technical kata instruction and then a relevant conclusion. An interesting view of training at the JKA in Japan is given here.
